IN HOME/PERSONAL COMMUNITY CARE
Provide personal care, food preparation and light housekeeping to at-risk frail, elderly to enable them to remain in their homes as for long as possible. Medicaid covers the fees for eligible participants.
Respite, Veterans assistance, F.A.I.R., Lighthouse Programs are offered as well.
Non-Medicaid clients pay a fee based on a sliding scale according to income and availability of services.
VOLUNTEERS
Tax assistance is provided during tax season by volunteers. Call to make an appointment. Volunteers are welcome to assist with services, such as craft classes, transportation, telephone reassurance, educational programs and in the dining room.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Durable medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, canes, potty-chairs, etc., are available on a rental or loan basis.
OTHER SERVICES
Provide space for Senator's and Legislator's staffs to assist our clients.
Volunteer Station for Senior Companion Program.
Golden Mountaineer Club Discount Program- issued at 60 or over by State of WV.
Low Income Energy Assistance Program.
Homemaker Agency for the Title XIX Medicaid Waiver Program.
